Product Validation- Worked hands on in the Part Analysis department for the first 3 months to understand part functionality and failure trends. - Developed rating systems based on wear/degradation to correlate test data to field data.- Produced monthly reports for management by processing test data and field data on Excel to identify trends, improve product DFMEAs, failure analysis, and design evaluation processes.- Developed and optimized global processes for part analysis by working with Analysis and Development teams.
