Within the Customer & User Experience team at AUSIEX, we are accountable for increasing customer satisfaction through ongoing advocacy of improved customer outcomes across all interactions for varied segments (Independent Financial Advisers, Financial Institutions, white labelled brands and B2B's) The Customer Experience team are responsible for end-to-end customer and user experience, solution design, product design, project delivery, regulatory reporting, business insights reporting, customer service quality, reviews, and consultation on strategic priorities. Customer interaction data and market research insights help us make the case for change; the change may be executed through tactical, continuous improvement initiatives or through larger, strategic investments.We are also responsible for cross business strategic initiatives and innovation of our offering.

- Delivering positive sales outcomes. - Budget control and management.- Managing large teams in day to day operational responsibilities.- Maintain a positive safety and wellness culture, assist in rollout of relevant business campaigns. Injury/RTW management and incident investigation. - Succession planning, assisting in coaching and personal development of team and future leaders. - Execution of frequent seasonal merchandising campaigns and projects.- HR Functionalities; Recruitment, Incident Investigation, Performance Management- Customer service, appropriate coaching to deliver best experience. Conflict resolution and complaint management.- KPI/IPR execution.
