Industry Partnership Manager

Responsibilities: Develop long-term relationships with new and existing portfolio of Customers including large multi-national energy suppliers, independent energy suppliers and network operators. Use strong commercial and negotiation skills to liaise between Customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Customers including commercial and operational matters.• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Customer relationships.• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key Customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives, resolving issues where necessary.• Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.• Forecast and track key account metrics.• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations.• Arrange meetings, circulate agendas and minutes.
