Responsible for training BOP Staff members during the go-live support for the Unified Asset Management System (CGI’s Sunflower Asset Management Software) as a part of the Unified Asset Management System Training Team.• Provides UAMS training during CGI’s onboarding process to all new members supporting Sunflower Asset Management Software.• Provides post go-live support for the UAMS leveraged by the Facilities and Administrative Support Staff (FASS) at the Department of Justice. Establishes a system to review, control, and report on project status; adjusts work plans for project accomplishments. Conduct briefings and prepare comprehensive reports to keep managers and executive advised of project status and accomplishments.Prepares Market Research, J&A, Purchase Orders and tracks and manages supply and storage inventory for organization and restock.Prepares cost estimates, action plans and schedules for various phases of the project outlining short- and long-term project goals. Ensure plans are consistent with service goals, schedules, and policies. Provides recommendations for resource requirements to accomplish the project. Develop statements of work to obtain contractor support resources. Participate in the review of contractor proposals.Interacts daily with the Electronics Technicians team to fulfill work orders to determine functions and requirements.Manages high volume, fast-paced environment and works under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
