As a co-founder, I collaboratively developed the company vision, executing the overarching plan to roll-out the company’s vertically integrated cannabis operations into 3 states. I have also served as Cultivation Technology Director, collaborating on facility designs, data analysis methods and low-COGS production optimization strategies. • Raised Multi-$M in equity investment• Designed and implemented the industry’s inaugural, whole-systems, integrated, modular cultivation technology strategy for International expansion.

In this role, I worked to develop international strategic partnerships to establish a network and grow the business, while also recruiting and building my team from scratch, and fostering a collaborative culture for maximum productivity. I continued working directly in cultivation to refine and enhance an industry-first, whole-systems SOPs approach to optimizing yield and efficiency outcomes with LED technology, achieving previously unrealized benchmarks and milestones. • Attained $500K sales by second quarter of operations.• Created ‘ground up’ unique integrated design sales strategy for PhD-designed product with no marketing budget• Reconstructed and optimized product supply chain and developed new product line.

Creatively efficient Whole Systems cannabis solutions for Controlled Environment Agriculture. Worked with public and private companies to collaborate with large-scale commercial cannabis and CEA food cultivators to refine and implement a low-COGS, high-quality and sustainability-focused cultivation strategies.

At New Edison I was in charge of developing a whole-systems approach to horticulture LED solutions for commercial cannabis cultivators, while also managing utility rebates, grant acquisitions and technology integrations. As a leader I recruited, trained and directed the sales team of trade partners, facilitating direct and strategic sales in multiple verticals.• Raised company from zero revenue to profitability within just two months as primary provider of direct sales revenue and strategic partnerships.• Acquired and closed multiple National and regional commercial clients• Contributed vital role in identifying and acquiring major consulting contract with publicly traded LED manufacturer Revolution Lighting Technologies in Stamford, Ct. • Creatively achieved consistent profitability with limited budget and business infrastructure
