As a Service Delivery Manager at NHS Business Services Authority, I was responsible for the recruitment and retention of staff, ensuring the alignment of service delivery with business objectives, and overseeing the performance and improvement. I leveraged my law background and my skills in service delivery management, and communication to successfully manage multiple stakeholders, contracts, and budgets. Prior to that, I served as a Police Sergeant at Northumbria Police for 14.5 years, where I demonstrated leadership, integrity, and professionalism in various roles and operations.
