Experienced copier engineer, in the industry for over 18 years. I am a freelance engineer covering London, Essex and Hertfordshire. I primarily work on Develop/Olivetti & Ricoh but have worked on most brands over the years.All jobs are completed with a full check and clean, Job closures are completed on a plain jobsheet which includes times in/out, meter readings and any parts needed and a full job breakdown. I then scan this from site to the dealers office. I attend all jobs as a service engineer from the company I am doing the work for. I have helped many suppliers over the years and have been the sole service support for some..I am reliable, trustworthy and very easy going, I relay all info from site back to your service desk. I go to your customer under your banner, I will use either a plain service sheet or I can use your own sheet. During the call I note down everything that has been done and if parts are needed then the part numbers will be listed on the sheet, I also include a start/finish time plus meter readings. After each service call I scan the service sheet to your service desk.I do not work for any company and will make sure yours and your customers information is strictly between us. I have been a self employed engineer since 2014 and have helped many dealers fulfil the their call out response times.
