I offer service support to dealers within our industry. I have been in the industry since 2006. I go to your customer under your banner, I will use either a plain service sheet or I can use your own sheet. During the call I note down everything that has been done and if parts are needed then the part numbers will be listed on the sheet, I also include a start/finish time plus meter readings. After each service call I scan the service sheet to your service desk.I do not work for any company and will make sure yours and your customers information is strictly between us. I have been a self employed engineer since 2014 and have helped many dealers fulfil the their call out response times. I have taken some time out this year due to covid-19 and some personal matters, but am looking to get back out there in the industry that I enjoy.I have many contacts in this industry and am able to keep my learning up to date with the release of new equipment.My rates are very competitive and I can send you an invoice daily or weekly.
