As a Relations Manager at Together Disability Services, I play a vital role in fostering positive relationships with participants, their families, caregivers, and external stakeholders. My primary responsibility will be to ensure that our participants receive the highest quality of care and support while maintaining strong connections with all parties involved in their care journey.At Together Disability we provide a range of quality services throughout NSW & QLD including 1-on-1 support, STA (respite) holidays, horse riding and exciting group events/activities.We have a growing, vibrant team to support our clients with their goals - helping to building life skills and independence, with plenty of opportunities for fun and memorable experiences along the way.
