Assisting the head of Event Administration & Coordination with a range of duties including but not limited to:- Bookings: Administering venue bookings for live music events, maintaining an up to date venue schedule, liaising with ticketing companies in organising ticket builds, liaising with production crew, organising adequate promotional materials for events- Management of Staff/Crew: Organising and delivering event staff rosters 2-4 weeks in advance, ensuring all staff have adequate information regarding their shift and the venue prior to arrival on site, delegating the individual sign in/sign off of staff for events and ensuring they are provided with necessary equipment and the knowledge to use said equipment efficiently (radios, ticket scanners, etc), delivering an in depth briefing relevant to an event to all staff prior to the opening of doors at every event, providing all managerial & supervisory staff with sufficient paperwork at each event including feedback forms to consistently improve each event, ensuring all staff are getting home safely, handling any staff queries or concerns in a timely and sensitive matter- Stock/equipment: ordering relevant stock and/or equipment including beverages, wristbands, torches, radios, etc and ensuring all bars are well stocked ready for each event and their individual needs- Basic Administration: handling any patron enquiries or complaints in a timely matter, maintaining a clean administration email inbox, liaising with relevant organisations/parties (security, manual labour company, 1300 Medics, local council, neighbouring residents, cleaners, etc), updating & uploading relevant paperwork to the venue database- Event Coordination/Management: preparing all necessary avenues in the lead up to an event, liaising all relevant parties, organising and directing staff during an event, attending to any radio calls for assistance during an event, being present in the event of an emergency, ensuring the event is a success

Responsible for the marketing and reservations at all 4 cocktail bars under the TYCA Group (Madame Brussels, Lily Blacks, New Gold Mountain, Double Happiness). - Establishing and maintaining a social media presence unique to each bar and their aesthetic- Regularly creating and producing content across various platforms (instagram, tiktok, Facebook) for each bar- Responding to and handling all patron enquiries and/or complaints in a timely matter across all social media platforms and emails - Booking in patron reservations across all bars for various occasions including work Christmas parties, birthdays, wedding receptions, hens parties, baby showers, cast parties and more- Liaising with the venue manager of each venue and providing frequent updates on bookings big and small in order to roster an efficient amount of staff and ensure adequate stock levels
