Under my management the store has also been able to boast sales figures of over 100 connections in a week which has never been achieved previously in this store.• The store was in deficit of approximately 300 connections year to date. I have managed not only to clear the deficit successfully, but also to exceed the target with nearly 5 weeks remaining until this year end. On taking over this store, I spent time with each member of the team to understand their goals, areas of development and gather their feedback on improvements. I have taken on board their comments and also made some of the changes that were suggested by them, this has increased their motivation, as they feel like valued members of staff.
