Having worked in the Finance industry for over 7 years, I’ve developed a specialised skill set that I bring to my role of Relationship Manager in Macquarie’s Business Banking team, specifically working within the property services sector of Real Estate & Strata Management. Macquarie Business Banking commenced back in 1984 and real estate formed the core of our early customer base. Since then, we’ve become market leaders in providing quality banking services and genuine customer care to our residential and commercial clients.Our work takes us across all areas of the industry, from family run agencies to Australia-wide franchises. No matter the size, we enjoy taking some of the heavy lifting out of running the business, providing new technologies and transformations that are necessary to stay agile in a rapidly developing space.The property industry has undergone huge pressure and changes in recent years, and I joined Macquarie Business Banking because of how we lean into this challenge with a genuine interest in the industry. We’re encouraged to find innovative ways to keep relevant, adapt and foster strong growth for our customers. Working alongside them to uncover new strategies and efficiencies, our clients enjoy long-term relationships with our teams, industry insights and regular pulse-checks on their growth. I’ve been with Macquarie Business Banking since September 2022, and in this time I’ve seen major advances in the technologies available to our customers, helping to cut through the day-to-day operations that come with this highly regulated industry.
