Responsible for developing, building, and managing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Fidelity Cyber Security Incident/Crisis Management program. Responsible for the creation of a comprehensive set of Incident Management processes, run books, table-top exercises, and coordination of Cyber Security Incident Management in conjunction with Privacy, Legal, Human Resources, Media Relations, and Network Operations teams; and developing a world class Cyber Security Incident Response Playbook and Automation/Orchestration system.

Coordinate response efforts to cyber incidents caused by external threats. Work with Cyber Intelligence teams to identify sources of external incidents and propose controls to minimize risk of future events where appropriate. Prepare and train GE Capital businesses for responding to security incidents; writing process and procedure documents as required. Develop standard operating procedures for handing all types of incidents and work with the CIRT Leader and Incident Management Director to develop improved incident handling capabilities (technical, process, and people). Provide technical expertise to support Business Response Teams including the understanding of forensic analysis of network traffic, network packets and log files. Execution of Major Incident Management process tasks in adherence with global and local requirements Drives implementation of standard execution of the Major Incident Management process. Creates and tracks incident management metrics using pivot tables. Responsible for the complete process adherence and handling of major incidents according to SLAs. Work with business teams and intelligence team to continuously identify new/improved indicators of compromise Responsible for the approval of Major Incidents and overall owner of the Major Incident until resolution. Responsible for information dissemination of major incidents. Responsible to establish technical & business war rooms as required.
