About Ashley Mcgrath

Originally from Northern Ireland (accent still intact), I have spent the last thirteen years in the beautiful state of Western Australia. I lead a for-purpose organisation called CEOs for Gender Equity. We are a passionate group of 100 Western Australian leaders who are on a mission to accelerate gender equity in our great state. We are founded on two principles 1. Change starts at the top (you must be a CEO of Head of State to join) 2. We don't subscribe to 'fixing women' or 'blaming men'.Together, we are sharing what's working and what's not to drive meaningful change.
