• Payroll: Making monthly salary sheet of staff, worker and other associates using ERP and MS Excel• Statutory Compliances: Administering and Maintaining EPF & ESIC records and filling of monthly returns• Coordinating with government bodies for fulfillment and settlement of various compliance issues. • Ensuring submitting of annual returns on time.• Coordinating with Accounts department regarding PF, ESI and LWF payment before due date• Induction & Joining Formalities for Staff and Company roll Workers.• Full & Final settlements, maintain Attendance Records, Leave with wages Records, Over Time and No Dues.• Administration Activities, housekeeping and maintaining Plant 5’S’.• Follow-up of vendors like Manpower Contractor, AMC of telephone, mobile operators, Employee uniform & Pest control . • Increase people participation program like birthday celebration, Kaizen, employee recognition schemes etc. in the company.• HR Database Documentation for the Internal and External Audits.• MIS like Man-days, Attrition, Absenteeism, Accident• Handling Grievances related to overtime, salaries, arrears & IR disputes, Welfare Activity.• Recruitment of workers as per plant requirements• Managing Staff and Workers canteen, Security First Aid, Safety, Transportation etc.
