I am a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach working with a variety of different clientele from professional athletes to general population. I have taken multiple clients from never lifting before to representing their nation within the world of powerlifting, I've also helped multiple Jujitsu athletes compete and win European Championships but an element of my coaching that will always stay true to my heart.
