As Automation Tech and Ops Lead I am part of the award winning Costain Automation Centre of Excellence. We implement new and innovative projects across the business bringing insight and freeing up people’s time for them to add value by reducing mundane and repetitive effort. Currently delivering a wide range of Automation projects including our Purchase to Pay (P2P) hyper automation solution which combines OCR and RPA Technologies.We have delivered a number of major projects on time and to budget, including the implementation of a new digital expenses system, upgrade our timesheet system and a new billing module. All of which has provided our company with the tools for improved billing and reporting and reductions in our cash generation timeframe. Prior to joining the automation team, my previous role was within the ERP team, which involved the upgrade of E1 from 8.11 to 9.1, the migration of acquired businesses into our current ERP processes, reporting improvements and supporting data integrity issues.
