Carried out end to end activities from planning, budgeting, resourcing, incoming inspection, supply chain management, site execution and commissioning.2. Lead a team of 15 engineers/ supervisors and contractors in two project sites. Accomplishments:Delivered the extension projects with multiple project scope revisions totalling to 21 nos of 400 kV and 220 kV Air Insulated Switchgear Bays in a single location at JSW Energy Limited, Toranagallu. Delivered the 8 nos of 400 kV Gas Insulated Switchgear Bays with a complex configuration due to the coastal saline conditions at Coastal & Oil Power plant, Tuticorin.

Responsible for the phase 1 of the 400 kV Extra High Voltage Substation in a single location at JSW Energy Limited, Toranagallu with a total scope of 12 nos of 400 kV and 220 kV Air Insulated Switchgear Bays. Accomplishments:1. Delivered the project and with exemplary results in terms of delivery, quality, safety (zero unsafe acts) and a Profit and Loss account of >300 Million INR (~5 Million USD). 2. Saved 2.7 Million INR through cost saving measures such as engineering design optimization, reduction of material wastage by better planning at site with respect to electrical earthing conductors, cables and other conductor materials.Certifications:Completed training in Project Scheduling - MS Project & Primavera, SAP PS Modules, Project Safety Management.

Responsible for 400 / 220 kV Extra High Voltage Substations by carrying out the site coordination for erection activities of outdoor substation equipments, equipment support and tower structure materials along with the client coordination for all project approvals from JSW Energy Limited, Toranagallu.Accomplishments:Saved 1.5 Million INR by enhancing quality, avoiding cost of rework and enhancing productivity by time slotting between engineers to increase productive worktime.Certification:Completed Management Development Program in MDI, Gurgaon.
