I worked within our Facilities Management Team, seeking brand new business from companies and markets across Great Britain and Ireland that we had not previously traded with including City Electrical Factors, Nationwide Janitorial, Slingsbys, Key Industrial and Buck and Hickman. Building relationships, whilst trying to increase sales and customer knowledge of Vow. Selling the brand and our vision of a Stockless Solution to our customers to help build their business.

I worked with our Scottish Accounts, and built up relationships with each client, whilst trying to improve sales and customer knowledge of Vow. I worked closely with the Regional Director to maximize sales and draw in new business, by equaling or beating prices of competitors, where possible. By doing this, I was able to increase the Sales of my account base by 317% whislt still retaining 30% GP. My role involved:Delivery of target Gross Profit for accounts under my control; - overall achievement of my budgeted Gross Profit; managing pricing and operating costs for my accounts.Retention of accounts under my management without compromising Gross Profit.Develop sales of focus product sector and businesses services in line with business strategy.Leading negotiations with my customers and new business prospects.Developing and enhancing revenue streams through new business acquisition and maximisation.Capitalising on profitable partner solutions with customers.Effectively monitor customer performance and identify potential growth opportunities using full range of Management reports.Involved in regional / national projects where specified.To identify target and prospect accounts in pursuit of additional business where deemed appropriate by the Regional Director.

As a Sales Order Processor for Vow Europe, my responsibilities were:Receiving incoming sales calls from established clients.Tending to client needs, from queries to quotations. Using my abilities to sell, to attract more business from the clients, and add to what is already being purchased.
