I manage resources, schedules and contract control whilst ensuring all company procedures and policies are being followed. During this process I handle various tasks such as - Estimates and variations  - Managing a team of contractors and employees - Contract administration - Liaising with clients and suppliers I managed architect and client relationship During this position I became very involved in design and construct, collaborating with clients to bring their ideas to paper, assist in developing a realistic proposal and ultimately bring their visions to life.
