Coordinated the consolidation and transformation of 8 Global R&D data Centers into 3 new massive ICT facilities in Sweden and Canada for Ericsson's Radio R&D Unit. Ran a subsequent program to transform IT and Test Environment processes used by R&D in the ICT centers. This included aligning the ways of working utilizing ITIL principles for 10,000 engineers and creating a services mindset within an R&D organization by developing a new service catalog, service desk, governance and support teams.

Led worldwide SCM migration for Ericsson's largest R&D business unit to accelerate its agile transformation. Migrating Business Unit Networks (BNET) from IBM ClearCase to an Open Source ecosystem which includes Git, Gerrit, eGit, Nexus, Artifactory and Audited Objects. Delivering large cost savings and increasing velocity for our R&D teams and coordinating activities via key Development Unit drivers and strategic IT experts.

Provided a software configuration management and build solution, which delivered 100+ million lines of compiled CDMA network code to our customers. This was the heart of a multi-billion dollar business that Ericsson has acquired from Nortel Networks in 2009.
