I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from Missouri Southern State University and an Associates in Information Technology.In my role, I created documentation to organize the network and databases on premise, troubleshooting software and hardware to upkeep functionality. I worked with the IT team and management to provide efficient and reliable IT solutions for the company. I also contributed to the security and backup of Active Directory systems, and trained staff on IT policies and protocols. I am motivated by learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
