Responsible for providing a unique and pleasant experience to guests visiting a bed and breakfast on the Monterey Bay. Duties included greeting guests, giving them a tour of the property and its amenities, set-up for wine and hors d'oeuvres in the evening, and socializing with guests. Managed search engine optimization (SEO), improved web traffic by 11% and saw a 7% increase in reservation conversions year-over-year.

During this time I was a full-time student at the University of Idaho and supported myself as a household manager, performing various outdoor repair work, acting as a full-time nanny and home-school learning coach.
