• Handling and deploying VMWare projects on Public & Private cloud design at various data centers in US.• Understanding of business process operations and objectives to utilize the knowledge on engagements.• Analyze workflow to design solutions (As-Is & To-Be Analysis and Freezing).• Mapping requirements and providing them best solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope of Project and finalization of project requirements.• Implementing project plans within preset budgets and deadlines (TAT).• Framing architectural decisions provide leadership, direction, strategy, vision in the areas of technology.• Product development to facilitate and enable growth and business agility.• Overseeing resource allocation and setting up communication channels across the organization. • Holding review meetings to ensure timely completion and delivery of the project.• Handling end-to-end technical solution and design meeting as per SLA requirements. • Providing SLA and costs for existing solution(s) prior to business case / proposal development.• Interfacing with business leaders and customers to prepare business requirements and high-level product requirements for new initiatives.• Identifying and developing potential vendors for achieving cost effective purchases of materials; reduction in Prices & timely delivery.• Managing & leading teams for running successful process operations & developing business continuity plans, procedures, service standards for business excellence.
