 To support the product design group by providing various process inputs prior to design/conceptualization followed by validation of equipment. Standard documentation for respective test procedures and approved processes. To accomplish in-house testing and validation for newly developed equipment. Review of product manuals and providing inputs for related process details. Adaptation of different food products and innovations of respective application developments through R & D process lab facilities. To support equipment development group for product and process bench marking on site. Installation & Commissioning of pilot process modules and to ensure trouble free operation withperformance validation. To release process approvals and conclusion reports to project engineering and marketing on behalf of R & D Centre, IDMC. Process engineering support to projects and field offices
