In 2016, I graduated from the University of Westminster with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Creative Writing and achieved an Upper Seconds Honours. In 2017, I graduated from Royal Holloway University with a master’s degree in Creative Writing, gaining a Pass with Merit. Over the years, I have had personal blogs, namely on WordPress and I edited the English society’s blog, while at the University of Westminster. I am currently writing for Our Words, a literary magazine that deals with topics such as rape, sexual assault and the body. I am also now an Editorial Assistant for SAGE Publishing in the U.K. Journals, Online Peer Review department.

Our Streets Now is a movement to end Public Sexual Harassment in the UK by making it a criminal offence and changing the culture that allows it. From that, Our Books Now, the book club aims to embrace members’ experiences, knowledge, and interests. Our Books Now suggests one book every month for members to read on feminism, mental health, VAWG, human rights and social structures. This is in the hopes of decolonising knowledge and knowledge sharing. Each issue of the literary magazine deals with topics like rape, sexuality, and the body etc.
