HR Shared Services Representative• Support Human Resources Team by coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews for Full Time positions.• Coordinate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates for alignment of schedules• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism to the Candidates, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers involved in the interview process• Communicate important interview information leading up to at the day of the interview• Maintain consistent communication with candidates, interview teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and other necessary groups• Assist Scheduling team with coordinating onsite interviews during high volume periods• Performing Education verification, Background and pre offer checks in Workday• Handling Employee Queries and providing support regarding HR policies, programs, processes and some basic Human Capital Tool Support (e.g., Workday, Bswift, icims, etc.).• on HR Policies, Workday, and other HR Tools.• Completing assigned cases within the SLA.• Case Management and documenting information on case-to-case basis.• Providing background checks to Ex-Employees.

Handling Employee Joining formalities, Employee Orientation, and Exit interviews. • Assisting by providing Inputs for Full and Final Settlements at the time of employee existence form the organization. •Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training, and awards. •Worked closely with management to address employee concerns. •Detect disputes and grievances of all the staff and resolving the issues in a smooth manner. •Developed employee recognition programs to recognize and promote outstanding work. • Conducting Employee Engagement like team Building Activities, Outings, and Organization parties. •Streamlining HR Process via Drafting and updating of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents.
