• Supervising the daily operations assigned to team members• Review the entire process to ensure all SLAs are met.• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, timeliness and reliability in the team• Maintaining the team’s scorecard which is used during performance evaluation• Responsible for implementing different improvement projects from time to time for the processes• Identify, develop, integrates & focus the various competencies of the firm to the voice of the client
