Have designed & implemented Policies such as Leave Policy, Travel Policy, Code of Conduct, HR Manual etc. Responsible for creating awareness regarding data classification, data confidentiality, also imparting training related to policies, work culture, business ethics. Handling employee grievances and participating in entire gamut of HR Department from joining to exit of employee.

Involved in entire gamut of the HR Department;- Onboarding and Orientation.- Employee Engagement.- Learning & Development.- Compensation & Benefits.- Performance Management.In short, entire life cycle of employee, right from joining till exit, including certain statutory formalities & procedures which has to be fulfilled post-exit i.e. employment verification etc.
