• Provide management oversight of the implementation of the USAID Lishe Endelevu project in the region.• Lead, manage, and motivate the staff members, ensuring they have clear work plans and objectives and receive quarterly supervision and reviews. • Provide technical oversight in surveys and ensure findings are incorporated into the project interventions.• Develop detailed implementation plans, procurement plans, and phased financial forecasts in collaboration with the Lishe Endelevu staff and Implementing Partners. • Ensure all planned activities and related expenditures for the project are on track in accordance and compliant with the budget lines. • Establish and maintain strong collaboration and coordination with the respective local government and private stakeholders in terms of planning, implementation, and progress updates, reviews, and reporting.

• Execute leadership, coordination, and direction to ensure integration of high-quality and responsive approaches to increase availability, affordability, and access to and consumption of safe, nutritious foods, particularly for women, and youths while integrating gender issues.• Lead the designing and implementation of the gender and youth strategy in the region in collaboration with DCOP and Gender and SBC Advisor.• Lead gender and nutrition assessment in the region to inform the project design.• Collaborate with Gender and SBC Advisor to enroll and implement gender and youth strategy in the region.• Identify, integrate, and implement innovative strategies to ensure behavior changes activities on food production are well implemented and contextualized at the community level across 7 councils.• Prepare and disseminate guidelines, SOPs that are cultural accepted, age and cultural appropriate and gender transformative approach.• Work closely with the M&E coordinator to ensure a decision-making system is implemented throughout the project and data is collected, analyzed, and used for decision-making.

• Collaborate with the Nutrition-Sensitive Agriculture Programme Coordinator to monitor the implementation and adaptation of nutrition-sensitive agriculture and livestock activities. • In collaboration with the Livelihood Coordinator link youth and gender into finance and marketing opportunities for the produced products.• Identify, integrate, and implement innovative strategies to ensure behavior change activities on food production are well implemented and contextualized at the community level across 7 councils.• Manage and supervise Local Implementing Partners to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Tanzania

• Oversee and contribute to the design of assessments relevant to nutrition, nutrition-sensitive agriculture, and food security outcomes to guide program design, implementation, monitoring, and adaptation.• Work with the agriculture project officer to provide technical input for project start-up on issues concerning diversified household food production and consumption and nutrition-sensitive agriculture extension materials and activities.• Ensure a good project start-up to have a smooth implementation, monitoring, and adaptation of nutrition, nutrition-sensitive agriculture, and SBC activities.• Provide technical support to the councils' steering committee (CHMT) to ensure its functionality and execute its strategic role.

Pwani Region, Tanzania

• Collaborate with Tanzania Food and Nutrition Center to conduct national nutrition survey.• Lead the implementation of nutrition interventions, especially on Maternal, Infant, and Young Child Nutrition, acute malnutrition management, non-communicable diseases, hygiene, and sanitation in the district.• In collaboration with other CHMT members to supervise and oversee the implementation of health activities across the council.• Participate in the preparation of nutrition strategic plans and budgets for the district.

Dar Es Salaam

• Responsible for evaluating and processing commercial loan applications from businesses.• Assess the creditworthiness of applicants, analyze financial statements, and recommend loan structures.• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing financial guidance and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.• Evaluate and approve or deny loan applications from individual consumers for various purposes, such as personal loans, auto loans, and credit cards.• Assess applicants' creditworthiness, income, and debt levels.• Educate clients on loan terms and options, ensuring they make informed borrowing decisions.
