• Responsible for end to end recruitment Life Cycle (Understanding the requirements from clients, Sourcing, Screening, Salary Negotiation, follow up with candidates)• Sourcing and Screening the candidates as per the requirements using Job portals, Job postings, networking, user groups and referrals.• Attending meetings with Clients to Discuss & understand the requirements.• Posting the requirements on different job portals/engines.• Handling junior, middle & senior level openings• Screening and short-listing the resumes to the client requirements based on the skills, projects and educational background.• Direct calling to the Candidates for checking their Communication skill and Attitude.• Briefing the job description to the candidates.• Involved in formatting of the candidate resume as per the clients Expect• Experienced working on Permanent and Contract Positions• Scheduling technical or final interviews either with technical panel- Telephonic or with the Management group face to face interview.• Good experience in building up active database • Submitting report to Team Lead on daily basis• Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track on their joining dates..
