I am currently working as a Process Lead for LATAM region for Lease accounting process, where got an opportunity to do the transaition from different countries and got stablized in the year 2022. Being a Language expert it diffently helped to get things easier at my end and move it swiftly and hassle free.I also lead the audit for 2022 along with our stakeholders and business controllers where KPMG was our auditor.In 2022 got a chance to automate the process which resulted in process improvement and made the process efficient.Currently working on a new region and on its due deligince in order to maken another smooth transition.I have worked as a Team lead for Master Data process (Order to Cash) North and South America region, where handled a team of 15 members, in addition to this also contributing my role as a Spanish Language expert for LA Customer and for onshore stakeholders.i Have worked on Multiple transitions onsight and remotely for Business transitions with Accenture
