- Leading a dynamic team responsible for Asset Protection design criteria for new stores, remodels and special projects, including camera repair and replace that address safety, security and theft prevention needs, as well as, oversee the execution of camera design work. - Transitioning design work to newly established Target In India team to allow for a localized approach, with better service and proactive communication with the field on projects. - Implementing first ever Enterprise Risk Segmentation strategy and AP design criteria across all roll-out programs. - Working with a core AP DAC (Diversity Action Committee) to build out a plan for representation, retention and advancement. A key outcome of this is AP field and HQ career pathing panel sessions focused on heritage months to provide visibility into various career paths.

* Led a massive multi-year Remodel program by successfully changing the operating modelto scale 3 times without much impact to quality and timeliness and lowered permit risk. This involved strategy and process development, challenging the status quo, training/on-boarding new consultants and influencing peers, leaders and vendors to embrace the change.* As part of the Architecture and Engineering leadership panel, delivered vendor business reviews focused on key performance metrics to 25 consultants across the country, resulting in better engagement and awareness of Target's expectations. Also, established a sustainable on-boarding program for new consultants across the country that is now adopted by Engineering and Construction.* Established a Target India Architecture team to build Revit models for the Remodel program, resulting in $1M savings.* Led a team of cross functional internal team members to develop design criteria thatsupports enterprise strategies.* Established Sustainable Building Council across Properties to develop a strategic vision for Target's 'Design Tomorrow' pillar focused on responsible resource use and circular design, with the toppriority of showcasing a menu of sustainable site options.* Developed the strategy for Properties Diversity Action Committee (DAC) for the last 8 years based on progress, benchmarking with other pyramids, team member surveys and metrics. Led a team ofdirectors across Properties to inspire hiring managers to engage and create a talent pipeline. * Coached and developed diverse team members (asian, hispanic, african american women) by leading learning groups.* Created and developed the global Architecture Data, Analysis and Reporting team. Responsibilities included A&E vendor payments and approvals ($120M/year), dashboards, resource center coordination and new system migration. Partnered with Target India architecture team to address key business metrics and reporting needs for consultant evaluations.

• Assimilated information quickly to have a point of view and to clearly communicate complex findings and actionable recommendations on Target's global operations to various audiences, including the Chief Technology Officer. • Successfully partnered with Target’s internal teams, including Risk, HR, Real Estate, Finance, Target India and Target’s top 4 technology vendors to develop a country attractiveness framework for Target that led to the assessment of 25 countries in the Americas and Central Eastern European Regions. • I led the assessment of viable countries to compliment Target’s India operations to drive innovation, diversify risk and access talent. • Identified a gap in Headquarters Finance that led to the solution of the migration of my Target India team's finance function to Headquarters finance.• Started a new business function for Target India and led to its operational state with the established transition review process to gain headcount approval for Target India headcount.• Supervised a team to create critical reporting for Target India Senior leadership.

• Coached and developed a team to provide analytical support to Accounts Payable (AP). Established annual budget for AP’s team of 350+ members, stepped in when a team member abruptly left. Provided monthly analysis and forecasts of vendor income accrual, a $400M receivable.

• Managed the Finance Project Review (FPR) process to help prioritize finance technology projects, in partnership with Sr. leadership in Technology and Finance. Also, developed process architecture for Finance to identify technology gaps.

Capital Finance and Merchandise Finance• Influenced and drove credibility with merchandising buyers and senior leaders in their planning and monthly forecasting processes. Coordinated across 14+ merchandising analysts on sales performance and then presented my summary monthly to the SVP of Finance, with a 4 hour turnaround.• Developed analytics for new Distribution Centers and Store lease-buy opportunities. Identified a store lease buyout opportunity in partnership with Real Estate yielding over $2M in NPV.
