Duties & Responsibilities: • Providing weekly vessel schedules to booking agents.• Follow up with customers regarding new bookings.• Arranging BTL & Allocation.• Follow-up with the vessel operator for vessel allocation.• Quoting for slot rates to customers.• Updating Arrival/Departure report to agents.• Updating loading details in Principals system.• Sending Pre-Loading summery to principal• Preparing container loading/discharging list and updating to agents.• Coordinating with Terminal for loading and discharging operations.• Follow -up outstanding funds with customers.• Co-ordination with accounts department.• Coordinate with customers for required documents.• Sending daily vessel movement report (DMR).• Finalizing CBF (Container booking form) Coordinating with feeder vessel agent’s for booking for 3rd party vessels.• Timely manifest submission in Principals system in line with the bill of lading.• Liaising with internal and external parties for smooth vessel operations.• Preparation of a daily allocation report for the principal.• Prepare a weekly report for the principal of the competition vessel.

*Correspondence with customers.*Arranging and segregating all shipments based on the areas and passing them to couriers for delivery.*Follow up with delivery boys/Drivers and ensure all shipments are collected from the office for delivery.*Preparing daily production reports and updating the customers.*Preparation of domestic airway bill for alerting shipments.*Updating customers details in the system (Passport holder’s details & bank card holder’s details)*Follow up with delivery boys/Drivers for cargo delivery to clients on time.*Making necessary arrangements to return all shipments before the deadline.*Preparing weekly report & Monthly & report and updating to Department Head.
