Develop project-specific designs using Solutions Architecture and create processes to model all system requirements. Managed 150+ servers in a mixed platform environment of Windows, UnixWare, and Solaris. Executed installation of Windows 2008 R2 Active Directory, Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 R2, and 2012 servers and MS SQL 2000, 2005, and 2008 database applications. Managed company-wide Windows domain users, computers, and servers through Active Directory Group Policy. Utilized VERITAS NetBackup 6.0 in SAN and LAN infrastructure to manage operational backup jobs. Deployed and Configured Windows software 7 and XP in addition to Windows deployment services Imaging, WAIK, WINPE, and MDT 2010. Day-to-day activities included collaborating with company IT units to develop recovery processes, communicating with vendors to resolve performance issues, and supporting remote site connectivity for other company locations.Key Achievements: Increased regional collaboration and company performance by implementing LYNC 2013 allowing employee communication through voice, video, and instant messaging.  Utilized Veritas NetBackup Architecture to design and implement process improvement workflows on effective backup and restore management. Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft DirectAccess and a Citrix XenApp 6.5 farm for remote access.
