●Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseasvendors.● In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and followingup on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.● Work with Traders/Agents/ distributors and End users with the aim of securing orders atthe best price and under the best possible terms.● Negotiate and convince the end users about offers, quotations submitted, the quality andservices provided by the company.● Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high deliveryand short lead time requirement.● Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.● Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best pricesand ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements andexpectation.● Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical andcommercial specifications required for the project.● Following up, coordinating with the suppliers and end users, post orders.Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service.• Advises customers by providing information on products.• Processes payments by totalling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.• Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services• Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;• Redirect problems to appropriate resource;• Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;• Stay current with system information, changes and updates

• To maintain inventories of products and supplies for retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers. • Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations• Minimise overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital• Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.• Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required.
