(DCF, DDM, and Comparative valuation method, etc.) Provide investment recommendations to the Portfolio Manager based on valuation reports and fundamental analysis. Prepare Equity Valuation report, Equity Note, Impact Analysis report, Flash Note, and IPO Note. Recommend Book Building IPO Bidding Price based on various valuation methods and submit valuation report. Prepare meeting Investment Committee Minutes and Investment Memo for the Mutual Funds. Prepare Impact analysis report based on earning disclosure, expansion, and new product line or business. Extensive analysis on the issue of placement share, subordinate bond, perpetuity bond, zero-coupon bonds, etc. Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and provide earing update. Conduct industry, sector, and macro-economic analysis reports for portfolio construction and rebalancing.
