Singapore’s fashion startup Zilingo acquired SaaS startup nCinga which Ashan was a part of. He was responsible for the change management process and the transition of the PMO in setting up the new framework and processes post acquisition.

Ashan was responsible for the projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and budget from start through to completion while driving the project team. He defined the project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders and assures technical feasibility while ensuring the business requirements are suitably outlined, understood and signed off.He was responsible for all managing all change requests to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs. A comprehensive Border Health System was implemented across all borders which consists of Bandaranayake International Airport Katunayake, Colombo Port, and Galle Port under Ministry of Health (MoH).PA-DSS certification of the MPOS Solution deployed at Sampath Bank. Ashan carried out relevant support and ensure that all required information is made available thereby facilitating both the certification process and follow-up progress to ensure that the project is completed as per the timelines.EPIC ATM Switch: Follow-up and reporting the progress to the senior management team. Ashan was responsible for co-ordinating arrangements with the foreign expert consultation and facilitating the training in-house.

Contributed in the setting up of a new independent office for Asia Capital Technologies a subsidiary of Asia Capital PLC and handling its supporting infrastructure development and was also responsible for analyzing IT industry trends in the brainstorming process of future solutions.Ashan was also responsible for setting up the Glorious Jaffna Foundation web solution and database and oversaw the IT related activities .

Performed assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel to gain knowledge and experience in the entire process of the hotel. Training was carried out in all departments such as House-Keeping, Kitchen, Food & Beverages, Front office and Management. Shadowed the General Manager to acquire managerial skills and expertise in overlooking the business process and departmental duties.
