I adapted below delivery strategies considering the fact of much bigger size (Contractual volume: USD250+, team members: 50+), broader stakeholders (Operations, Business, infrastructure and R&D teams in CIIC and Microsoft consultants, vendors etc. ) and complex requirements.1. Setup a joint project management committee between Microsoft and CIIC leadership team to manage requirements and collaboration across teams.2.
