This has been the most challenging yet rewarding experience of my life. As the leader of an organization with more than 300 members, I have learned about governance, people management, strategy development, teamwork, team bonding, the significance of quality, financial management considering an organization's ROI, building and sustaining partnerships, marketing, public relations, and organizational development.As a leadership development organization, we have been able to provide 60 life-changing experiences for individuals from foreign countries by involving them in various volunteer projects and internships in Sri Lanka. Simultaneously, we have facilitated 8 volunteering and internship experiences for individuals from Sri Lanka in different countries around the world.Being the Local Committee President of AIESEC in University of Moratuwa is undoubtedly the highlight of my university life.

Working as the LCVP for Outgoing Global Talent & Teacher has been one of the most challenging jobs I've ever had. I've gained a lot of experience in International Relations, Customer Relations, Marketing, and People management and improved many more of my personal and professional skills in the last few months.At the same time, being an LCVP of AIESEC in University of Moratuwa allowed me to work with foreigners in a professional environment, work with Sri Lankan companies and be exposed to many challenging environments.During my vice president term, we won the Regional Excellence Award at Asia Pacific Summit 2023 and the Most Progressive Local Committee Award at National Conference 2023.

Talent path 1.0, organized by AIESEC in University of Moratuwa is the biggest Global Career Fair Including Multiple Global Opportunity Providers followed by a series of professional development workshops series for graduates in Sri Lanka. This will be a three-day event with 3 chapters.The sessions will be based on, 1. CV Development2. LinkedIn Optimization3. Interview Facing

Qualifier 1.0 is a brand new initiative by AIESEC in University of Moratuwa. This will be a series of workshops for the enthusiastic and energetic youth in order to develop their skills and add a valuable qualification to their career path. The targeted workshops will be conducted covering specific topics in the domain knowledge of Business, Management and Information Technology with the aim of giving out a well- deserving qualification to the driven individuals who will take part in the program.

LEAD CS 8.0 is the annual, principal Leadership Development Conference organized by AIESEC in Colombo South. This event facilitates our new members with fundamental leadership skills through proper coaching and team-building sessions along with professional educators and facilitators certified in leadership training.

Overhaul 3.0, organized by AIESEC in University of Moratuwa, will be a three-day event that brings together a panel of talented personages who persevered and weathered countless storms in their journeys to reach their pinnacle.Three sessions will be based on1. Personality Development 2. Professional Development and 3. Personal Branding During the sessions, speakers will share their thoughts and especially their experiences on the outline for the day. Through this event, our hope is to guide the youth in Sri Lanka to get to their Stance of Success.
