Engaged with patrons and corporate partnership teams to ensure proper game-day implementation at Gateway Center Arena.• Created a vibrant atmosphere through promotional item distribution, encouraging youth camp registration, and targeted communications.• Provided enhanced customer service to ensure smooth patron ingress and egress at Atlanta Dream WNBA games.

At the gym, I sign up at least 10 new members weekly and renew memberships for at least 10 members to the gym. I manage front end operations including payments, refunds, invoices, and expenses. I alsoassist with 3 sport trainers and 10 athletes' needs daily, and ensure all rules and regulations are being followed.

Assist approximately 50 athletes a day with needs and desires out of the store, and inform them on things they may need for their sport or fitness journey. Ensure that all 5 apparel departments are organized. Inspect 13 fitting rooms to ensure that they are up to par and free of all tags, hangers, apparel, and sensors. Understand each sport and what things are needed for every athlete to excel at their sport.

Supervised approximately 25 children to ensure the engage in camp activities. Created daily educational plans and extracurricular activities for campers. Ensure all safety rules and regulations were being followed
