Now it's been almost 9 years in same company and I'm looking for a change now to expand my skills and experience to face new challenges.Duties i'm carrying currently is• Managing all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the developments of attractive packages.• Planning and securing new tenants for vacant and soon to be vacant units in order to maximize leasing revenues. • Keep Apprised of all real estate agencies to initiate and maintain with appropriate contacts to generate sales leads to the company. • Planning media promotions and business networking to increase rental income.• Performing market research on rental trends, for new development and major deals to attract customers.• Processing and maintaining agreements including collection of rental payment and management of tenants on daily basis.• Receiving and documenting tenant complaints and taking action and resolving at the earliest. • Negotiating favorable lease terms with existing tenants during the renewal process in order to maximize leasing revenues and occupancy. • Managing and collecting receivables, recovery of all dishonored cheques in co-ordination with financial and legal departments, to minimize bad debts. • Providing input on the preparation of the annual leasing budget to ensure the rates are challenging, yet achievable in order to maximize the leasing revenues and occupancies.• Preparing monthly and annually cash flow reports on leasing activities based on management requirements.• Responsible for 24 hours telephone assisting.Thanks.
