Instructor for didactic, clinical, lab and simulation components of the nursing program.

Provide emergency care and transportation to the sick and injured through a third-service provider contract with the County of Goochland Fire-Rescue Department. Serve as chief operational officer for a nonprofit emergency medical services agency providing training and education services, consulting services and on-site emergency medical care services. SVEMS has provided on-site EMS for several motion pictures filmed in the Richmond Metropolitan area, including Ironclads, The Murder of Mary Phagan and Gore Vidal's Lincoln. In this position, I serve as an adjunct faculty for EMS training and continuing education providers with teaching entities in and around the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Volunteer coordinator of the PreHospital Trauma Life Support program and all other NAEMT Trauma programs: Bleeding Control (B-CON), Trauma First Response (TFR), Law Enforcement First Responder Tactical Combat Care (LEFR-TCC), Tactical Combat Care Course (TCCC), and Tactical Emergency Care Course (TECC). Responsible for recommending appointment of local Emergency Coordinators, working with Emergency Managers of each locality, coordinating recruitment and training of ARES volunteers, in coordination with the SEC make local decisions regarding allotment of available amateurs and equipment during an emergency, coordinate reporting and documentation of activities in the District.
