OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Leading a team of relationship managers to achieve overall disbursement and profitability targets.• To Lead, develop and maintain a corporate credit portfolio inline with the banks credit policy and SBP’s prudential and statutory regulations.• To achieve credit and marketing targets assigned by the bank’s management to meet the planned objectives.• To develop strategies & plans for business growth and enhance business opportunities with existing and potential borrowers.• To conduct in-depth assessment of the risk involved and projected reciprocity for the bank when extending credit facilities to existing and potential borrowers to ensure bank is not exposed to unwarranted risk.• To conduct regular meetings with existing customers to strengthen relationships and to seek ancillary business; visit to prospective customers to promote the bank’s products and services, discuss business opportunities, and establish mutually beneficial business relationships.• To motivate staff to assume additional responsibilities so that increased business volumes are managed by the same staff strength.• Problem solving and analytical skills
