 Managing Time Data Base of the running projects and on site workers, in accordance to PivotCharts and Pivot Tables.  Dealing with customers regarding solutions to their inquiries, such as taking phone calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries.  Responsible for handling daily staff scheduling.  Managing Store Inventory Lists.  Opening and closing of facility at the beginning and ending of each day.

 Responsible for organizing, registering and publicizing staff for workshops and staff development.  Processing the visas and employment cards with the other procedures in collaboration withMinistry Of Labour.  Processing health cards, insurance cards, bank accounts and other needed documents related togovernment and private sectors.  Managing Time Data Base of the running projects and on site workers, in accordance to PivotCharts and Pivot Tables.  Contacting government ministries and security authorities to manage appointments and meetingsfor General Manager.  Attending major and important meetings on behalf of the company.  Dealing with customers regarding solutions to their enquiries, such as taking phone calls, takingmessages and responding to inquiries.  Responsible for processing maintenance requests for manager and supporting staff.  Responsible for handling daily staff scheduling.  Working with store in-charge and purchasing manager as a trainee assistant.  Trained to work with ERP Programs, Filing Quotations and Managing Store Inventory Lists.  Help in opening and closing of facility at the beginning and ending of each day.
