Acts as a liaison between organization and external benefit providers and agencies. Aids supervisors regarding company and client employee performance evaluation relating to discipline, termination, promotion and transfers. Shares responsibility for accounts payable, receivable and billing. Leverages resources while proactively collaborating with senior HR team partners to ensure all applicable policies, trainings and risk mitigation strategies are in place to support company mission, values and policies.
