The Humanities Edge Program, Sr. Coordinator
⢠Partners with senior administrators in the Provost Office and faculty within the Art, English, and History departments to create career development and experiential educational programming for humanities students.⢠Coordinates with HR on all aspects of the talent acquisition life cycle, successfully onboarding 12-15 interns per semester.⢠Partners with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to provide 3 professional development trainings to interns each semester that endorse cultural agility in the workplace.⢠Oversees the annual planning and execution of the Summer Bridge program, which welcomes 50-60 prospective transfer students to FIU.⢠Supports faculty and staff in developing mentoring programs by leveraging data analysis to communicate program performance measures.⢠Collaborates with key administrators at the FIU in D.C. office on delivering programming that focuses on promoting advocacy, career exploration, and mentoring opportunities for students.⢠Tracks and monitors project performance and expenditures for a $1.7M budget, generating financial reports that aid in grant effort reporting.
