With Xiva, we focus on ML integration, by combining open-source language models with our customised ML models that not only have a higher precision rate in English, Urdu, Roman Urdu, but our models learn in real time from agent conversations and updates their scores accordingly. C-Object: Deploy Computer Vision models from anywhere C-Object is a platform where our customers inject their visual data, run ML models from our extensive library and create different use cases. C-object has been used for Digital Cheque Clearing to read handwritten texts, it is utilised by companies to make their existing CCTV camera's smart, it is also used for user authentication, where Banks and Fintechs have deployed Contactless biometric, Facial Authentication and Voice Biometric using this tool.
