I led the hiring for the Alexa Experience Software Engineering teams. These teams included Alexa Routines, Alexa Features Discovery, Alexa Personality Tech, and Proactive Alexa. Hired over 105 candidates across multiple job families: SDE, SDM, TPM, PM-T, BIE, and DE.

I was initially hired as a contractor but quickly converted to full-time after successfully placing 10 software engineers in a window of 2.5-months.
