They basically summarise my professional journey.Hi, my name is Ashay Gupta and I have been wandering through the labyrinth, that is eCommerce, for the past 5 years now as a Key Account Manager.At my core, I am what you might call– "The Process Nerd". I am an extremely passionate e-Commerce enthusiast who is constantly looking to solve complex problem existing in the eCommerce domain.Prior to enjoying my sabbatical life, I worked at Bizongo as Territory Manager and managed key accounts of premium clients like Naaptol, Zomato, Uber Eats, Biryani Blues and more. I was the single POC— from taking care of the daily operations, monitoring inventory, tracking dispatches, client co-ordination to escalating client concerns, I handled it all.
