- Lead the successful adoption and transformation to Agile across the organization - Create and discuss recommendations for valuable and consistent Agile practices - Create Agile training material specific to the organization-map the current organization's process to Agile process - Conduct workshops and training - Work with teams to better their engineering practices (Coding Standards, Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Refactoring, Pair Programming, etc... )- Anchoring opportunities during Pre-sales bids (RFP, RFI, RFQ) to cover Agile solutions

• Managing team of onsite associates working in different scrum teams• Sensing the needs of the client through networking of associates and creating leads for Nihilent• Reviewing and correcting the monthly invoicing, leaves etc• Client feedback and expectation management for onsite associates and ODC center• Managing escalations individual or for scrum teams• Engaging with the client with meaningful options and workarounds for any new issues coming out of staff augmentation as well as for onsite scrum teams• Managing Performance Appraisal of more than 60 associates• Review of SOW and ensuring the timely renewals• Engaging with the client as major vendor partner rather than just as staff augmentation partner• Collaborate between different onsite associates to resolve any critical issues that the IT Department is facing at the client side• Review and management of South Africa local hiring, getting them on-board with the client, closely watching their performance, sharing their feedback for timely correction in their contribution at the client site• Single point of contact from Nihilent to MultiChoice • Leaves, rotation, and replacement management

Interns Program was a strategic initiative by both Nihilent and MultiChoice. Nihilent being major IT partner for MultiChoice, had engaged with MultiChoice to take their relationship to next level by getting the locale skill building program. This was a great initiative for fresh graduates who would get best of IT Implementation practices from India and great platform like MultiChoice in terms of actual work exposure. I was involved from inception of this program to closure and carried below responsibilities1) Recruiting, planning, presenting interns to MCA( client)2) Tracking and monitoring the initial training plan on technical subjects3) Establishing with interns their career path and showing them bigger picture4) Mentoring and coaching with them to improve their test performances5) Engage with client in order to highlight their capabilities6) Drive POCs and project work with interns and their leads in Scrum methodology7) Ensure successful demo to ITD and business to highlight the overall progress of this initiative and interns progress8) Motivate interns to surpass the expectations of client in order set ideal batch's example9) Work on 360 degree learning plan for interns which includes not only technical subjects but other aspects such as communication, office etiquette etc.10) Track their progress over period of 18 months and given them monthly feedback how they are performing

• Understanding of RFP, RFP planning, Monitoring and Control.• Capture client’s requirements in clear and concise manner• Initiate RFP Solution Process, create schedule• Create schedule; Work allocation, and track resources and progress. Periodic status meeting with business and team. • Tracking of Risks and Issues in the RFP solution• Co-ordinate with BD/RM for any client clarifications• Interacting with Client and their various departments on regular basis. • Circulating Daily Status Report to all internal stakeholders• Prepare presentations for client meetings, participate in client visits and presentations• Ensure correctness of data on CRM and Solutioning dashboard• Knowledge Management - Maintain and keep updated all RFP/RFI/approach notes related information• Proactively look for areas of improvements and suggest/implement the same• Estimate different software requirements using Function-Point Estimation method, WBS as well as UCP• Coordinate clarification sessions with BDMs to walk them through the Function-Point based Estimations
